Role Description The Growth and Partnerships Business Development Associate internship is an on-site role based in Kolkata. The intern will support outreach to potential partners such as local venues, event organizers, community leaders, and brands, helping to build and nurture long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching prospective partners, scheduling and attending meetings, assisting with partnership proposals, and maintaining up-to-date records of partner conversations and agreements.





The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to plan joint campaigns, co-hosted events, and community initiatives that drive user growth and engagement. The intern will analyze basic performance metrics, gather feedback from partners and users, and contribute ideas to improve 2gather’s partnership strategy and local presence.
