The role holder is responsible for Compliance and Reporting Functions
Responsibilities
1. Ensuring timely conduct of ACE meeting.
- Ensuring timely submission of ACE/ ACB agenda to MD/ CEO and thereafter to Secretarial department
- Planning for conduct of vetting process of Tranche - I & III
- Ensuring timely release of branch banking audit reports and its closure
- Sharing the status of open audit observations/ reports to the respective stakeholder
- Co-ordinating with eTHIC audit software team for smooth functioning of audit tool
- Submission of regulatory compliance to the respective stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Graduation/MBA/ M. Com/ CAIIB/CA/CS/CMA Experience: 10 to 20 years
