Group Head – Client Servicing /n Location: Gurgaon | Work Mode: Work From Office /n Experience: 10+ Years /n Department: Client Servicing / Account Management /n /n About the Role /n We are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Head – Client Servicing to lead key client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee multiple accounts and servicing teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong client leader with proven experience in strategy, integrated campaigns, pitches, and new business development , along with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and manage relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic partner.

/n

- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and market landscape to develop effective communication and marketing solutions.

/n

- Drive strategic planning and campaign development in collaboration with creative, social media, performance, SEO, content, and other specialist teams.

/n

- Have prior hands-on experience in developing strategies, communication plans, campaign concepts, and integrated marketing solutions .

/n

- Lead and contribute to new business pitches, RFPs, presentations, and client proposals from brief understanding to final presentation.

/n

- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, upselling, and expanding the scope of client engagements.

/n

- Oversee multiple accounts and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all campaigns and projects.

/n





- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and ensure alignment across respective teams.

/n

- Monitor account performance, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and overall client satisfaction.

/n

- Handle senior-level client conversations, negotiations, escalations, and conflict resolution with maturity and professionalism.

/n

- Work closely with internal department heads to ensure integrated and strategically aligned solutions.

/n

- Review campaign performance and insights with teams and use data and market trends to recommend improvements.

/n

- Mentor, guide, and manage Account Managers, Account Executives, and other servicing team members.

/n

- Establish strong processes for account management, reporting, communication, and project execution.

/n

- Take ownership of team performance, productivity, resource planning, and overall account profitability.

/n

- Stay updated on digital marketing, advertising, consumer trends, and evolving industry practices to bring relevant ideas and opportunities to clients.

- 10+ years of experience in client servicing / account management , preferably within a digital, advertising, or integrated marketing agency.

/n

- Proven experience managing large/key accounts and senior client stakeholders .

/n

- Prior experience in strategy, campaign planning, and developing integrated marketing solutions is essential.

/n

- Strong track record of independently handling or leading pitches and current business opportunities .

/n

- Experience managing and mentoring a servicing team.

/n

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, communication, and campaign execution.
