Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer and Video Editor role based in the Mohali district. The role involves designing visual assets such as social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and branding collateral for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The team member will plan and produce video content, including editing footage, adding motion graphics, sound, and text overlays, and preparing files for multiple platforms.

Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, translating concepts into visual formats, maintaining brand consistency, and managing multiple design and video projects to meet deadlines. The role also requires staying current with design and editing trends, organizing digital assets,



and ensuring all visuals meet quality and technical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software.
- Video editing and post-production skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Ability to develop visual concepts and storyboards that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for digital and print materials.
- Experience creating content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns, with attention to platform-specific requirements.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field; comparable practical experience is also valued.
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work, preferably with examples related to real estate or service-based industries.
