Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kolkata.

The Graphic

Designer will create visually compelling assets for social media, digital campaigns, and brand collateral, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing graphics and logos, refining typography, and supporting brand identity projects.



The role involves collaborating closely with the strategy and content teams to translate brand guidelines into impactful visual narratives.

The Graphic

Designer will also prepare files for production, iterate based on feedback, and maintain organized design assets and project files.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and social media work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating or evolving visual identity systems.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for various digital formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with content and strategy teams.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior agency or brand-side design experience is preferred but not mandatory.
