About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, experienced, and hands-on Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience to take ownership of product design, stationery design, packaging, and print prepress.

The ideal candidate should have a solid creative eye along with practical knowledge of print production and prepress. You will work closely with our design and production teams from concept development to final printed product.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative covers for notebooks, journals, sketchbooks, and stationery products.
- Create vector illustrations, patterns, pop-art designs, themed artwork, and product graphics.
- Design interior layouts including dot grids, 5 mm square grids, isometric grids, lined and unruled pages.
- Design product packaging, labels, inserts, stickers, and promotional materials.
- Create product mockups and e-commerce creatives for Amazon, Shopify, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Retouch and enhance product photography.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with correct CMYK, bleed, crop marks, margins, resolution, and file specifications.
- Prepare artwork for die-cutting, foil stamping, embossing/debossing, and other finishing processes.
- Check artwork carefully for color, typography, alignment, sizing, and production errors.
- Coordinate with the printing and production teams to ensure accurate final output.
- Understand client requirements,



develop design concepts, present options, and incorporate feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced 24/7 print environment.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in printing, publishing, stationery, packaging, or manufacturing.
- Expert knowledge of:
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of print prepress and production.
- Good knowledge of paper GSM, paper types, sizes, binding, and finishing techniques.
- Strong understanding of CMYK, RGB, color correction, typography, layout, bleed, and print-ready files.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to combine creative design skills with technical production requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

What You'll DoYou will be involved in the complete design-to-production process: Concept → Design → Layout → Mockup → Prepress → Proofing → Printing → Finishing → Final Product

This is a hands-on design and production role. Candidates should be comfortable working with both digital artwork and physical print samples.

EducationDiploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
