Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, advertisements, websites, presentations, and branding materials - Edit engaging videos, reels, promotional content, and product videos for digital platforms - Design creatives for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness - Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams for campaign requirements - Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and effects to videos when needed - Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and video content - Adapt content for different target markets including India and international audiences - Stay updated with the latest design and video trends

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva,



Figma - Strong skills in video editing, color correction, transitions, and storytelling - Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and branding - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Creative thinking with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

- Experience in fintech / startup / digital marketing environment - Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video content - Experience creating performance marketing ads and promotional videos - Solid portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work
