Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Graphic Designer &

- Event Coordinator with immediate joining. The role involves creating visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, logos, and branding materials aligned with Vervve Hotels &
- Resorts’ brand identity.

The Graphic

Designer &
- Event Coordinator will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotional materials for events, campaigns, and guest engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing design projects,



coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets. The role also covers event planning and coordination, such as assisting with concept development, venue arrangements, branding at events, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, aesthetically pleasing visual communication.
- Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar) and basic knowledge of layout and color theory.
- Candidates should have experience or interest in event planning and coordination, including vendor management and on-site support.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Candidates should have good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, along with a relevant portfolio, is preferred.
