Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities include developing logos and brand identities, selecting and refining typography, and maintaining consistent visual branding across all platforms. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, translating campaign briefs into impactful designs, and preparing assets optimized for web and social media.

Designer will also refine existing creatives, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design,



with the ability to produce high-quality digital creatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including font selection and layout for clear, engaging visual communication.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is required.
- Experience designing for digital channels such as social media, websites, and online advertising is highly beneficial.
- Robust attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are expected.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, creativity, and understanding of digital marketing contexts is required.
