Job Overview

ConnectX Events is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs across digital, social media, print, and event-related platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, typography, colours, layouts, and current design trends. Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital advertisements, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Create event-related designs, including invitations, mood boards, signages, event collaterals, and branding elements.




- Develop campaign concepts in coordination with the marketing and content teams.
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand communication.
- Design brochures, company profiles, proposals, pitch decks, and other promotional materials.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different digital and print formats.
- Create basic motion graphics, animated posts, reels, and promotional videos.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, social media teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
- Stay updated with current design, social media, luxury, wedding, and event-industry trends.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media, branding, and print design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion graphics and video-editing tools will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of typography, colour combinations, visual hierarchy, and layout.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently convert them into high-quality designs.
- Good communication, time-management, and coordination skills.
- Experience in the events, wedding, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury industry will be an added advantage.
