About The Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic team. Qualifications The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software is essential. A good understanding of typography, composition, layout design, and visual hierarchy is required to produce professional and engaging graphics.





Candidates should possess a creative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong interest in social media design, recruitment advertising, and employer branding. A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance work will be advantageous, demonstrating your design capabilities and style.

Responsibilities The intern will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics tailored for LinkedIn job advertisements, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding posts. This includes designing social media creatives, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate our message. The role involves preparing and posting job advertisements on LinkedIn, ensuring that all creatives and information are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand standards.

Collaboration with the recruitment team is vital to understand hiring requirements and to develop relevant and compelling ad creatives. The intern will also adapt and resize designs for various social media platforms and digital formats, maintaining consistency and quality across all materials.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in developing creative concepts, layouts, editing images, selecting typography, and incorporating visual elements that enhance overall message clarity. Maintaining organized design files, templates,



and digital assets is crucial for efficient workflow. Staying updated on current social media and design trends and proposing innovative ideas to improve recruitment and marketing content will be encouraged, fostering a creative and forward-thinking environment.
