About the Role :-

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Sales & Auction Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn the auction process, asset inspection, sales coordination, documentation, and operational activities. Fresh graduates with a willingness to build a career in sales, auctions, and asset management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist in managing end-to-end auction operations and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for auction and sales processes.

Support asset inspections, documentation, and inventory verification.

Prepare auction catalogs, sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.

Develop and maintain product and asset catalogs with accurate specifications and pricing.

Assist the sales team in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and client coordination.

Prepare reports, MIS, and auction-related documentation.

Ensure timely execution of auction processes and operational tasks.

Travel within Delhi NCR and nearby locations for client meetings, site visits, and asset inspections, as required.

Learn and adhere to company policies, processes, and operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria :-

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferred)



or Graduation in any discipline.

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of Auctions, Sales, Asset management, or Operations will be an added advantage.

Valuable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of Social Media platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with AI platforms and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and Copilot.

Good presentation and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Willingness to travel for operational and sales requirements.
