Faith & Patience is looking for a Google Ads Manager who can independently run, manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns to generate sales and grow our D2C business.

? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month, based on experience & skills

Key Responsibilities• Run and manage Google Ads campaigns

- Handle Search, Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, conversions and sales
- Optimize campaigns, budgets, bids and keywords
- Analyze campaign performance and improve results
- Scale profitable campaigns and control ad spend
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and drive sales

Requirements• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- D2C / E-commerce experience preferred
- Robust understanding of ROAS, CPA and conversion tracking
- Ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns
- Google Analytics / GA4 experience is an advantage
