We are looking for a Copilot & Copilot Studio Architect, reporting to the Head of Global Collaboration Services. /n The role is responsible for designing scalable, secure and compliant solutions that improve productivity, automate business processes, and support innovation across the organization. /n The architect will work closely with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Security, DPO, Data, local IT and business teams. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n Architecture and solution design /n /n

- Help define target architecture principles for M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents.

/n

- Design reusable patterns for agents, connectors, knowledge sources, actions, orchestration, authentication and data access.

/n

- Assess business requirements and translate them into secure, maintainable and scalable technical designs.

/n

- Review solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, data governance and operational standards.

/n

- Maintain technical architecture documents (TADs), design decisions, implementation guides and operational runbooks.

/n /n /n Copilot Studio and Power Platform governance /n /n

- Establish governance guardrails for Copilot Studio environments, makers, connectors, agent lifecycle, deployment pipelines and support models.

/n

- Work with the PowerPlatform team to apply current governance and help design a target governance.

/n

- Define approval, review and escalation processes for business-critical or sensitive agent use cases.

/n

- Support the design of monitoring, analytics and service quality indicators for deployed agents and automation scenarios.

/n /n /n M365, security and compliance integration /n /n

- Work with Security and Compliance teams on identity, access, sensitivity, data loss prevention, information protection, auditability and responsible AI requirements.

/n

- Guide teams on secure use of enterprise data sources, Microsoft Graph, connectors and external system integrations.





/n

- Contribute to risk assessments, security reviews and privacy-by-design evaluations for Copilot and agent scenarios.

/n /n /n Delivery enablement and continuous improvement /n /n

- Support local IT teams, product teams and delivery partners in implementing, operating and improving Copilot and Copilot Studio services.

/n

- Act as a senior technical reference for complex incidents, design questions, platform evolutions and adoption blockers.

/n

- Conduct technology watch on Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, agents and Microsoft AI roadmap changes.

/n

- Identify opportunities to industrialize successful use cases and promote reusable assets, templates and best practices.

/n

- Prepare clear technical and executive-level communication materials, decision notes and recommendations.

/n /n /n Required Profile /n /n 10-12 years of experience /n /n Technical expertise /n /n

- Strong expertise in Copilot, Copilot Studio and enterprise agent design, including knowledge grounding, actions, connectors and deployment constraints.

/n

- Good understanding of M365 administration and architecture, especially SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and M365 governance.

/n

- Good understanding of Power Platform architecture: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, workplace strategy, DLP, connectors, licensing and ALM.

/n

- Good knowledge of identity, security, compliance and data governance topics such as Entra ID, Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP, audit, eDiscovery and privileged access.

/n





- Ability to understand integration patterns involving Microsoft Graph, APIs, Azure services and enterprise applications.

/n /n /n Experience and seniority /n /n

- Significant experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade M365, Power Platform or AI-enabled collaboration solutions.

/n

- Proven ability to operate in a global, complex and regulated enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders and governance bodies.

/n

- Ability to challenge solution choices constructively and balance innovation, user experience, security, compliance and operational sustainability.

/n

- Comfortable producing architecture documentation, governance frameworks, technical operational guides and executive summaries.

/n

- Experience working with offshore teams, local IT teams, business representatives, security, legal, privacy and enterprise architecture communities.

- Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Security, Azure or AI are a plus.

- Experience with Copilot Studio solution lifecycle management, agent monitoring and production support models is a plus..

- Experience with change management, adoption programs or training enablement is a plus.

/n /n /n Languages /n Fluent English is required, both written and spoken. French and Spanish are a plus.
