Role Overview

Client is seeking German-speaking Outbound Sales Executives to engage hospitals and healthcare institutions across Germany. The role will focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, introducing Client's recruitment services, understanding workforce requirements, qualifying opportunities and developing the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to hospitals and healthcare institutions across Germany. - Identify and engage relevant decision-makers and understand their workforce requirements. - Present Client's recruitment and talent mobility services and generate interest. - Qualify leads, handle objections and progress prospects through the sales funnel. - Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through structured follow-ups. - Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in the CRM. - Meet agreed sales,



pipeline, activity and conversion targets. - Capture customer feedback and market insights and share them with the internal team.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, inside sales or business development, preferably in international markets. - Near German language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication. - Solid English communication skills. - Proven experience in cold calling, prospecting and lead generation. - Strong consultative selling, objection handling and negotiation skills. - Comfortable engaging business decision-makers and working in a target-driven environment. - Strong follow-up, pipeline management and organizational skills. - Working knowledge of CRM and sales productivity tools.

Preferred Experience

- Experience selling to the German market. - Experience in healthcare, recruitment, staffing or talent solutions. - Experience engaging hospitals, healthcare providers or other institutions.
