We are seeking an experienced Senior GIS / ESRI Expert to lead the design, implementation, and management of Enterprise GIS platforms using the Esri ecosystem. The role involves developing scalable geospatial solutions, integrating GIS with Digital Twin and IoT platforms, and providing technical leadership for large-scale government and infrastructure projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesGIS Solution Design & Administration

- Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise GIS solutions and architecture using the Esri technology stack.
- Design geospatial data models, spatial services, enterprise workflows, and GIS standards/governance.
- Install, configure, and manage ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Data Store, and Web Adaptors.
- Manage GIS security, roles, permissions, backups, performance, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.

Spatial Data & GIS Applications

- Design and maintain enterprise geodatabases and manage spatial datasets, imagery, CAD, BIM, LiDAR, and survey data.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, metadata, and version control; perform spatial analysis and geoprocessing.
- Design and support web GIS dashboards and applications using Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, Dashboards, and StoryMaps.
- Support mobile GIS solutions using Field Maps, Survey123, and QuickCapture.

Integration & Analytics

- Integrate GIS with Digital Twin platforms, IoT sensors, AIS, VTMS, CCTV/video analytics, environmental monitoring, asset management, and Command & Control Centres.
- Integrate GIS applications with SCADA, ERP, and enterprise systems.
- Develop spatial analytics, predictive models, and geospatial visualizations.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to GIS engineers and analysts.
- Engage with clients, consultants, and government agencies through technical workshops and solution demonstrations.
- Review project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.





DocumentationPrepare and maintain GIS Architecture Documents, Technical Design Documents, Spatial Data Models, GIS Standards and Guidelines, Integration Specifications, Deployment and Configuration Guides, User Manuals, SOPs, and Training Materials.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geoinformatics, Geography, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Geospatial Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Esri Technical Certifications highly desirable.

Experience

- 8–15 years of professional GIS experience, including at least 5 years with Esri Enterprise GIS solutions.
- Experience delivering GIS solutions for Smart Cities, Seaports, Utilities, Transportation, Infrastructure, or Government projects.
- Experience leading technical GIS teams and enterprise implementations.

Technical SkillsEsri Platform: ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Survey123, ArcGIS QuickCapture, ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, ArcGIS Image Server, ArcGIS Utility Network, and ArcGIS Indoors (preferred). Spatial Databases: Enterprise Geodatabase, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server, Oracle Spatial.

GIS Technologies: Spatial Analysis, Geoprocessing, Geocoding, Network Analysis, 3D GIS, Terrain Modelling, LiDAR, BIM-GIS Integration, CAD Integration, Remote Sensing.

Programming & Integration: Python (ArcPy), JavaScript (ArcGIS Maps SDK), REST APIs, JSON, GeoJSON, Feature Services, OGC Standards (WMS, WFS, WMTS), and FME (preferred).

Cloud & Infrastructure:



Microsoft Azure, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes (preferred), Windows & Linux Server Administration.

Domain ExpertiseExperience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:

Seaport & Maritime Operations, Smart Cities, Utilities (Water, Power, Gas), Airports, Rail & Metro, Roads & Highways, Industrial Parks, Defence & Homeland Security, Environmental Monitoring, Digital Twin Platforms, and Critical Infrastructure Management.
