General Sales Manager – Paper Industry
- Experience: 15+ years in Paper Industry Sales & Marketing. - Lead Sales, Marketing & Business Development to achieve revenue and profitability targets. - Experience in Writing & Printing Paper, Newsprint or Tissue Paper. - Strong exposure to Government Tenders / E-Tendering, from tender identification to bidding, negotiation and order execution. - Manage institutional, corporate, government, dealer and distributor channels. - Develop key accounts, recent markets and strategic business relationships. - Handle pricing, commercial negotiations, sales targets and collections. - Lead and mentor the sales team and monitor market/competitor trends. - Coordinate with production, supply chain, dispatch and finance for smooth order execution. - Strong network with Government Departments, PSUs, institutional buyers and corporate clients preferred. - Willingness to travel extensively.
