Job SummaryAaxis Nano Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager – Projects & Services to lead project execution and service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power, and Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution, installation, commissioning, and service operations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, costs, quality, and deliverables.
- Lead and mentor Project & • Service teams

.
- Handle customer coordination, technical discussions, and escalations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
- Monitor service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and AMC activities.




- Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare project/service MIS and management reports.
- Drive operational efficiency, team productivity, and project profitability.
- Travel to customer and project sites as required.

Qualification & • Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, E&T;, or related field.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience.
- Solid Project Management and Service Operations experience.
- Experience in Industrial Automation & • Instrumentation

- Strong leadership, customer management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Oil & • Gas, Refinery, Power, Process, EPC, or Industrial Projects preferred.
