Position: Manager Fund Raising (NGO Sector)

Reporting Head: Zarna Jain (Director)

Work Experience: Minimum 6yrs in Development Sector

Salary: Based on Industry standards and work experience

Role and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a Fundraising strategy that will ensure growth and sustainability of the organization.
- Tap into existing networks of donors, and build new networks to increase Happy Feet Home’s visibility amongst philanthropists, corporates, trusts and foundations; identify & develop new donors and maximize fundraising opportunities.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge fundraising strategies.
- Raise INR 2-3 crore per year.
- Manage all funder relationships independently and manage funder reporting.
- Undertake research and be aware of trends in palliative care in India.
- Be familiar with fund raising for CSRs
- Be familiar with crowd-sourcing
- Be aware of the overall landscape in terms of grants

Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDBM/MS

Desired Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Numerical proficiency and a flair for budgets.
- Meticulousness and organising efficiency
