We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Java Full Stack with robust hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and React.js. The candidate will lead technical design, development, code reviews, team mentoring, and end-to-end delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Java/Spring Boot Microservices.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise applications.
- Design and implement responsive frontend applications using React.js.
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable solutions on AWS Cloud.
- Drive architecture, technical design, coding standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.




- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architects, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end project delivery.
