Role Summary

We are looking for a well-rounded Full Stack developer with strong Python fundamentals to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building responsive front-end interfaces and robust backend services and has exposure to modern data engineering pipelines. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing, and maintainable accelerators in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Python and Django / Django Rest Framework.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs, ensuring seamless data flow, security, and performance.
- Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries; work with ORM tools for data access.
- Develop and support ETL/data pipelines for analytics and reporting use cases where required.
- Implement asynchronous and distributed processing using messaging and task-queue systems.




- Containerize applications and services to ensure consistent builds and reliable deployments.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure access control across application layers.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams in an Agile delivery model to translate requirements into working software.
- Support observability practices logging, monitoring, and basic tracing to ensure application health and quick issue triage.

Required Technical Skills

- Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js or Angular, responsive UI design, REST API integration
- Programming: Python, SQL
- Backend Development & Frameworks: Django, Django Rest Framework, REST API design, Microservices Architecture, ORM
- Data Engineering: ETL Pipelines, Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables
- Database & Storage: PostgreSQL, SSMS, Azure Blob Storage
- Cloud, Containers & Orchestration: AWS S3, Docker
- Development & Build Tools: Git, CI/CD basics

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in full stack or Frontend-heavy software development.
- Prior experience in Healthcare domain is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerized deployments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
