About the Role We are a consumer technology product company building products such as

BhaktiLok (Devotional)

and

CashAlert . We are looking for a

Full Stack Kotlin Developer who can take complete ownership of building and maintaining consumer applications — from Android development and backend services to APIs, payment integrations, third-party SDKs, deployment, and production support. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can independently take a product from idea → development → deployment → production . Key Responsibilities Build and maintain high-quality

Android applications using Kotlin . Develop scalable Android applications using

Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack, and up-to-date Android architecture . Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, databases, and server-side architecture. Design and implement APIs for mobile and third-party integrations.

Integrate payment gateways, subscriptions, payment APIs, and transaction flows. Integrate, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain third-party SDKs and APIs. Implement authentication, OTP, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, deep links, and other essential mobile services.

Work with Firebase services including

FCM, Analytics, and Crashlytics . Design efficient database structures and backend architecture.

Handle

Android builds, signing, release management, deployment, and production debugging. Optimize applications for performance, scalability,



reliability, and security. Work with cloud infrastructure and backend deployment. Take complete ownership of features from requirement → architecture → development → testing → deployment → maintenance . Debug production issues across Android, backend, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations. Work closely with the product team to convert ideas into functional consumer products.

Required Technical Skills 2–5 years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in

Kotlin and Android development . Strong understanding of

Android SDK, Jetpack, Gradle, Android Studio, and modern Android architecture . Experience with Android UI development, navigation, lifecycle management, and responsive layouts. Strong understanding of

MVVM / Clean Architecture and state management. Experience with

REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and backend integration . Strong backend development experience using

Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies . Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as

PostgreSQL / MySQL . Experience with payment gateway integration and subscription/payment systems. Experience integrating and managing third-party SDKs and APIs. Experience with

Firebase — FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.



Good understanding of

Git/GitHub and modern development workflows. Experience with Android builds, signing, debugging, Play Store publishing, and release management. Understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have Experience with

Supabase . Experience with

AWS, Google Cloud, or Cloudflare . Experience with payment gateways such as

Cashfree, Razorpay, Stripe, or similar . Experience building subscription-based consumer applications . Experience with

Google Play Billing and subscription management. Experience with

Redis, queues, background jobs, or serverless architecture . Knowledge of Flutter/Dart is a plus. Knowledge of Swift/iOS development is a plus. Experience launching and maintaining consumer applications at scale. Experience working with analytics, attribution, deep linking, and mobile growth tools.

Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is not limited to Android development . You should be comfortable taking a product idea and figuring out how to build, launch, and maintain it end-to-end.

You should be able to work across: Kotlin → Android → Backend → API → Database → Payment Gateway → Third-Party SDKs → Cloud → Deployment → Production Support Strong problem-solving ability, ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are extremely important.

Candidates with proven experience building and launching complete consumer products from scratch will be strongly preferred.
