Job Title: Senior Full stack Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with robust hands-on experience in .NET Core and React.js to build, enhance, and scale modern applications. The role requires active involvement in requirements understanding, verification & validation, and ownership across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a product-driven or startup mindset, taking responsibility from concept to production.

Must-Have Skills

- 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core / C#.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Database - Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
- Strong working experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience in requirements analysis, verification & validation (V&V;).
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in product-based or startup environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL).
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience of working in Digital Twin, 3D.js, Blueprint will be added advantage
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and test automation.
- Exposure to DevOps best practices, monitoring, and logging tools.
- Experience with performance tuning and security best practices.




- Knowledge of domain-driven design or clean architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core (C#).
- Build responsive, scalable frontend applications using React.js.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

CI/CD & DevOps

- Implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Work extensively with Azure DevOps for source control, builds, releases, and work items.
- Support automated deployments and environment configurations.
- Ensure code quality, security, and deployment reliability.

Requirements, Verification & Validation

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
- Participate in requirements verification and validation activities.
- Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to test planning, execution, and defect resolution.

Engineering & Product Ownership

- Follow SDLC and Agile best practices.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Think from a product and customer perspective, not just technical implementation.
- Actively contribute to product improvements, scalability, and performance.

Soft Skills
