MagnovaLabs is expanding our engineering team.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building production-ready web applications, takes ownership of their work, and cares about writing clean, maintainable code.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role for someone who wants to work closely with a growing team and take real ownership of what they build.

What you'll be working on
- Building modern web applications with Next.js and TypeScript
- Designing and maintaining PostgreSQL databases
- Developing APIs, backend workflows and server-side functionality
- Implementing authentication and authorization
- Working with file uploads and cloud storage
- Turning Figma designs into polished, responsive interfaces
- Writing clean, scalable and maintainable code
- Reviewing code and collaborating with other developers
- Debugging, improving and shipping production features
- Taking ownership of features from development to deployment

What we're looking for

Must have:





- 3+ years of professional development experience
- Strong experience with Next.js + TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Next.js App Router
- Strong PostgreSQL and database design knowledge
- Experience building APIs and backend systems
- Understanding of authentication and authorization
- Good knowledge of Git and GitHub
- Experience working on real production applications
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to have:

- Python / FastAPI
- Prisma
- Docker
- CI/CD
- Cloud storage
- Accessibility experience
- Experience working with existing production infrastructure

Compensation & Work Details ? Salary: ₹4 LPA onwards, based on skill set and experience
