About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer specializing in Node.js and React to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely within a rapid-paced environment, contributing to building scalable, high-performance systems that support millions of users worldwide. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end features across both backend and frontend platforms.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with hands-on expertise in Node.js and React. A strong understanding of designing and versioning REST or GraphQL APIs is essential, alongside experience working with modern version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure. Candidates should demonstrate solid system design instincts, including data modeling, component architecture, and event-driven thinking.

Proficiency with relational databases and SQL is required, and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB will be considered a plus. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across distributed systems, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, are vital. The role requires the ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready features across Node.js backends and React frontends, owning the entire lifecycle from implementation to deployment.
- Create and maintain REST or GraphQL APIs that serve as the primary interface between frontend and backend systems, ensuring clear and efficient communication.




- Make informed architectural decisions regarding data modeling, service boundaries, and component design, integrating event-driven principles where applicable.
- Model and query data across relational and NoSQL databases, selecting appropriate structures and storage solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, establishing observability practices to monitor, debug, and troubleshoot live systems effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software that meets user needs and business goals.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually improve system efficiency and development workflows.
