About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can work across the complete application stack. You will not just write code; you will help shape technical solutions, build scalable applications, and ensure the products we deliver are reliable and maintainable.

Working closely with project managers, designers, and engineers, you will translate requirements into well-structured front-end and back-end solutions using modern technologies. This is a hands-on senior role with real influence over application architecture, technical decisions, integrations, performance, and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-stack delivery — Build and maintain production-ready web applications across front-end and back-end.
- Front-end engineering — Develop responsive, accessible, and performant React interfaces using TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
- Back-end engineering — Design and develop scalable server-side applications and services using Node.js and appropriate frameworks.
- API & integrations — Build, document, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Database & data — Design data models, write efficient queries, and maintain reliable data flows across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Architecture — Contribute to application architecture, technical design, reusable patterns, and decisions around scalability and maintainability.
- Performance & security — Identify bottlenecks, improve application performance, and follow secure development practices.
- Quality & testing — Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and maintain quality through thorough code reviews.

Technical Qualifications





- Experience — 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with strong production experience across both front-end and back-end.
- Education — A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent production experience.
- Front-end stack — Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS.
- Back-end stack — Strong experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
- APIs & integrations — Robust understanding of REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, third-party integrations, and service-to-service communication.
- Databases — Practical experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Version control — Strong Git experience and familiarity with collaborative branching and code review workflows.
- Testing — Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or comparable testing tools.
- Cloud & DevOps — Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker and CI/CD practices.
