ABOUT THE ROLE

BVUR Innovations is seeking a Fullstack Developer to join the FurrCrew ecosystem, our consumer-facing pet services and commerce platform.

The role will primarily focus on Client Onboarding and Data Migration, involving the development and maintenance of tools, workflows, and integrations that support efficient client onboarding and accurate migration of existing client data.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the candidate will contribute to planned product roadmap initiatives and ad-hoc development requirements across FurrCrew's web and application products.

This position is well suited for a developer who is comfortable working across the technology stack, enjoys solving practical product and customer-related challenges, and can adapt to a fast-paced development environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, maintain, and enhance tools and workflows supporting client onboarding and data migration.
- Build, test, and troubleshoot features across web and application products in line with project timelines and sprint requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc development requests, enhancements, and technical fixes across the FurrCrew ecosystem.
- Develop clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code across frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, with particular attention to data accuracy and integrity during migration processes.
- Ensure reliable handling, validation, and transfer of client data across relevant systems.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS





- Solid working knowledge of React for frontend development.
- Strong working knowledge of Java for backend development.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Practical understanding of fullstack development across the frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly when working with client and business-critical data.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to ad-hoc development requirements.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience working in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent domains, particularly in environments involving sensitive data or compliance considerations.
- Experience with data migration tools, scripts, or ETL-related workflows.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Exposure to mobile application development, either native or hybrid.
- Experience working in product-driven or fast-paced development environments.
