As a Full Stack Developer at CyberPeace, you will build tech solutions that directly safeguard communities and reinforce digital peace worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Development & Architecture

● Technical Translation: Understand project requirements and seamlessly translate them into secure technical solutions.

● SDLC Management: Participate in planning, designing, developing, testing,

deploying, and maintaining applications.

● Backend Systems: Develop and manage robust server-side logic using

Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, or .NET.

● API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and microservices architectures.

● Database Management: Design relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)

and non-relational (MongoDB, Firebase, DynamoDB) databases while optimizing queries for speed.

Frontend & User Experience

● UI Engineering: Design and implement intuitive, interactive, and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like

React, Angular, or Vue.js.

● Optimization:



Ensure a seamless user experience by continuously optimizing page performance, usability, and web accessibility standards.

● Compatibility: Maintain high standards of cross-browser compatibility across web platforms.

Security & Compliance (Core Focus)

● Secure Coding: Implement security best practices to defend infrastructure against SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, and other cyber threats.

● Identity Management: Manage secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SAML).

● Data Privacy: Ensure software compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.

Scalability & DevOps

● High-Traffic Systems: Handle high-traffic scenarios using scalable approaches like serverless computing, database sharding, and distributed systems.

● Performance Control: Use CDNs (Content Delivery Networks), caching strategies, and load balancing to improve application speeds.

● Monitoring: Actively track application performance and handle comprehensive error logging.

Collaboration & Leadership

● Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, DevOps teams, and developers within Agile frameworks (Scrum,

Kanban).

● Mentorship:



Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

● Tech Advocacy: Keep up-to-date with emerging tech trends and engage with open-source projects or tech communities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information

Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (Equivalent practical experience is highly valued).

● Certifications (Preferred): Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional

(CSSLP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or cloud certification paths (AWS,

Google Cloud, Azure).

Experience Required

● Years of Experience: 3 to 5+ years of active skilled experience working as a Full Stack Developer.

● Backend & API Mastery: Proven track record building serverless components, managing microservices, and implementing indexing or caching strategies.

● Modern Frontend Systems: Strong portfolio displaying complex,

state-managed applications built utilizing React, Angular, or Vue.js.

● Security & Vulnerability Management: Deep understanding of OWASP Top

10 vulnerabilities, secure token management, and cryptographic workflows.

● Cloud Infrastructure: Experience managing cloud-based server deployments, data replication pipelines, and application tracing setups.
