Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, frontend architecture, API integration, and UI development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Build reusable and maintainable UI components using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers.
- Develop and maintain frontend architecture and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Identify and resolve complex UI, animations,performance, and production issues.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend teams.
- Participate in technical discussions,



estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

- 4-5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Excellent experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern UI development.
- Experience with Next.js is preferred.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, and API integration.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar.
- Good understanding of Git and Git-based development workflows.
- Experience with frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of browser compatibility, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Good knowledge of PHP, WordPress hooks, actions, filters, and template hierarchy.

Positive to Have

- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
- Experience with Docker and basic DevOps concepts.
- Knowledge of frontend security best practices.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Customize existing WordPress themes according to business and design requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Convert Figma/PSD/UI designs into pixel-perfect WordPress and frontend implementations.
- Integrate WordPress with REST APIs, third-party APIs, and external services.
- Customize WordPress admin functionality and content management features.
- Optimize WordPress websites for speed, SEO, security, and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
