Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Sales role based in Bengaluru for freshers. The role involves visiting healthcare professionals and institutions to present and promote medical products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include understanding product features, explaining clinical benefits, collecting feedback from clients, and maintaining accurate records of visits and inquiries.

The selected candidate will support the sales team in achieving targets, participate in training sessions, and assist in organizing product demonstrations and promotional activities.



Collaboration with internal teams to follow up on client requirements and ensure timely responses will also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Medicine and an interest in healthcare products and services.
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct basic Research to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Willingness to participate in Training programs to learn product details and sales techniques.
- Awareness of Clinical Trials and their relevance to product efficacy and safety.
- Any degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related fields is an advantage.
- Motivation to work in field-based medical sales and build long-term client relationships.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and comfort with maintaining digital records.
- Must Having Two wheeler
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or an MBA in Sales/Marketing.
- Experience: sales, preferably in medical equipment, healthcare, or B2B sales.
