We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our recruitment team as a US Recruiter. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across the United States. This role offers excellent exposure to the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in the US shift/Night shift.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (BCA, BE, B.Sc.).
- Fresh graduates and candidates looking to start a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes.
- Exposure to LinkedIn, Naukri, or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong learning attitude and positive mindset.
