We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and contribute to building reliable, scalable, and high-quality healthcare data applications.

This opportunity is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the stack — from React and TypeScript to Node.js APIs, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, data pipelines, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

? What You’ll Do

- Build and enhance modern, user-friendly client-facing applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js/TanStack Start
- Develop and maintain Node.js APIs and GraphQL services
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Apache Kafka
- Work with PostgreSQL, SQL, and Elasticsearch
- Deploy and manage applications and infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams
- Contribute to technical strategy, architecture, reliability, and product quality
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance




- Use modern engineering tools and practices to deliver scalable solutions

? Required Skills

- 4+ years of professional software engineering/product development experience
- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript
- Strong experience with React
- Hands-on Node.js experience
- Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Working knowledge of AWS
- Experience with Git and JIRA
- Experience with CircleCI or similar CI/CD tools
- Experience with or strong willingness to learn Apache Airflow and Apache Kafka
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Robust problem-solving and collaboration skills

- Healthcare or clinical-trial domain experience
