I’m building a hospitality-focused startup with a vision to help hoteliers improve and grow their properties through four key pillars:

? 1. Property — Interior & Exterior

Helping hotels present and improve their properties, including professional visual coverage of their interiors, exteriors and surroundings.

? 2. Management & Staff

Helping hotels improve management processes, staff coordination and the overall guest experience.

? 3. Marketing Management

Building and improving the digital presence of hotels through content, social media, AI-assisted marketing and creative campaigns.

? Drone-Based Hotel Marketing (Under Process to initiate)

One of our unique approaches is creating professional drone videos of hotels, showcasing the property, interiors/exteriors, surroundings and overall experience from a different perspective.

? 4. Revenue Management

Helping hoteliers identify opportunities around pricing, occupancy, distribution and revenue growth.

? Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a trustworthy, enthusiastic and creative person who wants to learn and grow with an early-stage startup.

You should have

✅ Passion for travel, tourism and hospitality

✅ Basic knowledge of AI tools, digital marketing and social media

✅ Good communication and networking skills

✅ Interest in meeting hoteliers and exploring business opportunities

✅ Willingness to do both office and fieldwork

✅ A strong learning mindset and willingness to take responsibility

✅ Graduate or non-graduate — qualification is not the priority

✅ Creativity, energy and the attitude to build rather than just work





? Location

Primary Location: Gurugram

?️ Ranikhet: Occasional travel/stay whenever required for hotel visits, marketing, fieldwork and business development.

? Compensation & Growth

Starting Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month The compensation can increase gradually as the company grows and becomes scalable, based on performance, contribution and responsibilities.

? Potential ESOP / Equity Opportunity For the right person, there may also be an opportunity to receive ESOPs or a small equity stake in the company.

The equity/ESOP structure will be discussed and decided after an initial 3-month period, based on performance, commitment and mutual fit.
