What’s Quicklend?

Quicklend is a new-age fintech in the digital lending space. We’re building India’s secured lending stack & are backed by some of the most renowned VCs. We started with loans against shares and mutual funds in 2025 and now we’re building on top of that. Learn more about us here.

What you’ll do

- Ensure everything we build and distribute aligns with RBI guidelines, and proactively identify + escalate any gaps / non-compliances to the founders.
- Lead all internal and external audits with our partners / vendors (ISO certifications, cybersecurity, source code reviews, DPDP) on a periodic basis and ensure compliance policies are audit ready.
- Program-manage all our lender partnerships. No product or partnership goes live unless compliance sign-offs are in place, so this forms a critical component.
- Collaborate with design, product, and tech teams to ensure our product is 100% compliant with RBI’s DLG (digital lending guidelines) and standard industry practices.
- Monitor RBI circulars, notifications,



master directions, and regulatory developments; assist in regulatory impact assessment and implementation tracking.

What we’re looking for

- Min. 2-3 (max 4) years of experience across compliance, audit or risk management (finance / fintech experience is preferred but not mandatory).
- High ownership, high accountability and a strong bias for action. This is a true 0-1 role and you need to be able to work through ambiguity and slight context-switching.
