About MOSHA HealthMOSHA Health is building a new generation of habit-forming food & beverage products for gut health, combining modern nutrition science with India’s rich heritage of functional ingredients.
We are an early-stage, founder-led company, which means things move fast, priorities change quickly, and there is never a “typical day.” We are looking for someone who enjoys operating in this kind of environment and wants to work closely with the Founder across strategy, operations, product, growth and execution.
The RoleAs a Founder’s Office – Operations & Strategy team member, you will work directly with the Founder on high-priority business initiatives.
This is not a role where you will be restricted to one function. You could spend one day analysing sales and unit economics, another day coordinating a product launch, another researching a new market, and another helping solve an operational bottleneck.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, extremely organised, resourceful and willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
What You Will Do1. Strategy & Business Analysis
- Work with the Founder on strategic priorities, and business planning
- Analyse revenue, costs, margins, customer data and other key business metrics
- Build financial and operational analyses to support decision-making
- Conduct market, competitor and category research
- Identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement
- Prepare presentations, dashboards and business updates for internal and external stakeholders
2. Operations & Execution
- Own and drive critical projects from idea to execution
- Coordinate across product, manufacturing, packaging, marketing, sales and other partners
- Track timelines, deliverables and dependencies
- Follow up with internal teams and external vendors to ensure execution
- Identify operational bottlenecks and independently work towards solving them
- Build simple systems and processes as the company scales
3. Founder’s Office
- Work directly with the Founder on high-priority and time-sensitive initiatives
- Prepare briefs, analyses and decision-making material
- Research and solve problems where there may not be an obvious playbook
- Help the Founder stay on top of key projects, priorities and follow-ups
- Take ownership of projects that cut across multiple functions
- Be comfortable moving between strategy and highly tactical execution
4. New Initiatives & Special Projects
- Support new product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Evaluate new business opportunities, channels and partnerships
- Conduct research on potential markets, customers, vendors and partners
- Support fundraising / investor-related analysis and materials where required
- Take up completely new projects as business priorities evolve
What We Are Looking ForYou should be someone who:
- Thinks analytically and enjoys breaking ambiguous problems into smaller pieces
- Is extremely proactive and ownership-oriented
- Has strong Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
- Is comfortable with numbers, financial analysis and data
- Has excellent research and written communication skills
- Is highly organised and good at managing multiple moving pieces
- Is comfortable speaking to vendors, partners and team members
- Can work independently without needing constant instructions
- Is willing to do the work yourself, rather than simply delegate it
- Has high attention to detail but can also see the bigger picture
- Is comfortable in a fast-changing startup setting
The Most Important AttributeResourcefulness. We don't expect you to know everything.
We do expect you to be able to say:
“I don't know how to do this yet, but I'll figure it out.”You should enjoy taking an ambiguous problem, researching it, speaking to the right people, building a plan and getting it done.
Who Will Do Well HereThis role could be a great fit for:

- Someone with 0–3 years of experience or internships in consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, startups or a similar environment
