Punekar Group is entering the FMCG industry with the launch of Zen Beautè, and we’re building the founding team to take the brand from idea to market.

The role involves a combination of strategic research, marketing execution, content, creator partnerships and market analysis, with direct exposure to the decision-making process of a growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing marketing and brand strategies.
- Conduct market, consumer and competitor research.
- Identify and coordinate with relevant creators and influencers.
- Support social media, content and campaign planning.
- Assist with brand launches, activations and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports and market insights for the founding team.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- Track marketing activities and evaluate campaign performance.

Candidate Profile

- Strong interest in marketing, branding and consumer businesses.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.




- Positive understanding of social media and current consumer trends.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office; Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Management, Commerce or related fields may apply.

Qualification & Skills

- Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, content and brand building.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- Genuine interest in consumer brands, cosmetics, marketing, entrepreneurship and business strategy.
- Comfortable working across both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
