About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven, curious, and execution-focused Founder’s Associate to work directly with the Founder across strategy, product, business, operations, and growth.

This is not a traditional assistant role. You’ll be a generalist problem solver, taking ambiguous ideas and turning them into action.

What You’ll Do

- Work with the Founder on strategic and high-priority initiatives.
- Research markets, competitors, customers, technologies, and new opportunities.
- Turn ambiguous problems into structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Support product development through research, user flows, requirements, and prioritization.
- Own projects from idea to execution to outcome.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Track business/product metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support business development, growth initiatives, fundraising, and investor research.
- Use AI and modern tools to research, automate, analyze, and execute faster.




- Step outside your defined role whenever something important needs to get done.

What We’re Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience; startup, consulting, product, strategy, or operations experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly proactive, you figure things out rather than wait for instructions.
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and AI tools.
- Fast learner with solid curiosity and attention to detail.
- Bias toward action and ability to manage multiple priorities.
