About the RoleWe are looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact business initiatives, strategic projects, research, and day-to-day execution. This role offers exposure to business strategy, operations, sales, finance, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research and prepare insights.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and business analysis.
- Track key business metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.




- Support special projects and ad-hoc business requirements.
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements
- MBA/PGDM students or graduates preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
