Food Service Supervisor
FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Employment: Full-Time, Permanent, Non-Seasonal
Wage: $17.75 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Tim Hortons, High Level, Alberta
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate employees engaged in preparing, portioning and serving food and beverages.
- Assign duties and actively participate in reviewing and coordinating staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient restaurant operations
- Train employees in job duties, food preparation, customer service, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure food, beverage and service quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor inventory and supplies and identify items that need to be ordered.
- Maintain records related to inventory, food usage, wastage and equipment.
- Ensure employees follow established food-safety, sanitation and workplace procedures.
- Address customer concerns and assist with the efficient day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or Canadian equivalent.
- Previous food service experience required.
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate employees in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
