Role Overview

We are looking for experienced FIS Systematics professionals with strong knowledge of core banking applications and banking transaction processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with one or more FIS Systematics modules, along with a good understanding of banking operations, account processing, lending, payments, and financial management.

Responsibilities

● Develop, enhance, maintain, and support applications within the FIS Systematics core banking platform.

● Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

● Perform application development, configuration, testing, debugging, and production support.

● Work with business and technical teams to identify and resolve application issues.

● Support integration and data processing across various Systematics modules.

● Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, and production releases.

● Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.

● Prepare technical documentation and support project-related deliverables.

● Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions within project timelines.

Required Skills

● 4–8 years of experience in FIS Systematics / core banking application development or support.





● Strong understanding of FIS Systematics and banking processes.

● Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules:

○ RM – Relationship Manager: Customer Information File (CIF) and relationship management.

○ ST – Savings and Time System: Certificates of deposit, time deposits, and high-volume savings.

○ IM – Integrated Monetary Processing and Control System: Checking accounts and Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA).

○ FM / FMS – Financial Management System: General Ledger and financial management.

○ AM / ALS – Advanced Lending System / Servicing Manager: Consumer,

mortgage, and commercial lending.

○ IT – Loan Collections System: Delinquent account and loan collections management.

○ HX – Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certification System: TIN certification processes.

○ TX – Tax Reporting System: Tax reporting and related processing.

○ SC – Safe Deposit Box / Security Control System: Safe deposit box and security-related functions.

● Good understanding of core banking concepts and banking operations.

● Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

● Experience working in development, maintenance, enhancement, or production support environments.

● Good communication and collaboration skills.
