Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Manager – FP&A; to partner with Operations, Delivery, and Commercial teams and drive profitable business growth. The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L; analysis, revenue assurance, margin optimisation, operational analytics, and executive decision support for a BPO/BPM or services environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business and operations leaders on revenue, cost, utilisation, and profitability.
- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
- Own business-level P&L; reviews and analyse performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Identify revenue leakage and margin improvement opportunities across accounts and business units.
- Monitor revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cost of delivery, and account/program profitability.
- Analyse BPO operational metrics such as FTE,



productivity, utilisation, shrinkage, attrition, cost per FTE, and revenue per FTE.
- Build financial models, dashboards, executive presentations, and business cases.
- Drive reporting automation, standardisation, governance, forecast accuracy, and data integrity.

Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Strong exposure to BPO, BPM, shared services, contact centre, or services organisations.
- Hands-on experience in P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue assurance, and margin optimisation.
- Advanced analytical, financial modelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Qualification: CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or a master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
