Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst:

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

We are looking for an FP&A; Analyst to support the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes. The role will work closely with Finance and business teams to provide meaningful financial insights and support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and publish monthly MIS and management reporting packs.
- Support the preparation and management of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Perform Budget vs Actual and Forecast vs Actual variance analysis and prepare management commentary.
- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, costs, headcount and other key business metrics.
- Track key financial and operational KPIs, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support planning, budgeting and business performance reviews.
- Develop dashboards and automate recurring MIS and reporting processes.




- Coordinate with the Controllership team to ensure management reports are aligned with financial books.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases and strategic finance projects.

Candidate Profile

- CA / MBA (Finance) with 1-2 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance or Management Reporting (excluding articleship). Semi-qualified CA with relevant FP&A; experience may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial analysis.
- Good knowledge of financial statements and business performance metrics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in financial modelling.
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL or Python will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within reporting timelines.
- Solid ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
