About the RoleWe are looking for a Finance Manager to take complete ownership of the company’s finance and accounting function at an early-stage, fast-growing Consumer AI startup.

This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with the founders and be responsible for managing the company’s finance operations end-to-end — from accounting and compliance to financial planning, reporting, cash flow management and fundraising support.

What You’ll Own

- Own end-to-end finance and accounting operations of the company
- Prepare and manage P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements and monthly MIS
- Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, banking and payroll
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with CAs, CSs, auditors, bankers and other external professionals
- Manage audits and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, due diligence and financial documentation
- Track company expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
- Establish strong financial controls, processes and systems as the company scales




- Work closely with the founders on financial decisions and strategic planning
- Ensure the company maintains accurate, organized and up-to-date financial records

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and financial modelling skills
- Experience with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and corporate compliance
- Startup experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field preferred
