Finance Manager — A Plus Charge

About us: A Plus Charge is a growing EV Charge Point Operator building out charging infrastructure across North East India (Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh and West Bengal), with 75+ charging stations live. We support Tata, Ather and MG's EV rollout in the region, and run NEEV, our investor/partner program for highway charging stations.

About the role: We're hiring a Finance Manager to own day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial reporting as we scale, and to work directly with the founder on cash flow, investor reporting, and subsidy documentation.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and monthly closing; handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings; prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and variance analysis for leadership; manage banking relationships, payments,



and reconciliations; support subsidy and government scheme documentation; assist with investor reporting and financial documentation for our NEEV partner/investor acquisition program; coordinate with auditors and external CAs for statutory audits; track station-wise revenue, costs, and profitability across the charging network; support commercial (B2B) and government (B2G) contract financial terms and invoicing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (CA Inter, MBA Finance, or CMA preferred); 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally at a startup, SME, or infrastructure/energy company; strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance; proficiency with accounting software (Tally or similar) and Excel; comfortable working directly with founder/leadership in a lean team; prior exposure to government subsidy schemes or investor reporting is a robust plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
