• Process Management /n • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. /n • Drive automation and process improvements. /n • Develop financial policies and SOPs to improve efficiency /n /n Qualifications /n • CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred. /n • CMA or MBA (Finance) may also be considered. /n • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance. /n Experience /n o 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, and Controlling. /n o Experience in manufacturing, technology, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred. /n o Experience managing audits, banking relationships, and compliance functions. /n /n Preferred Qualifications /n • Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities. /n • Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel. /n • Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. /n • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /n • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. /n • Ability to work in a rapid-paced growth environment.
