About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Controller to manage financial reporting, accounting, audits, taxation, compliance, and internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Review accounting records, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance
- Support tax filings, audits, and resolution of tax queries
- Monitor and strengthen internal controls and finance processes
- Support cash flow management, banking, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; analysis
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management




- Work with ERP/finance systems such as Zoho, SAP, or Oracle

Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance / Controllership
- CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance
- Solid knowledge of accounting, audit, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Experience working with ERP/finance systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good ownership and problem-solving abilities

- Experience with finance automation and process improvement
