Roles and responsibilities will be the following: 1. Entry and verification of vouchers into Tally or suitable accounting software on a daily basis.

- Entry and verification of financial and activity data from bills/vouchers, into spreadsheets for planning, monitoring and review on a daily basis.
- Processing of payments to team members, vendors, partners etc, after authorisation, on a weekly basis.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for audit, income tax, fcra, charity commissioner and other returns for statutory and legal purposes, as well as for internal monitoring and evaluation.
- Review and monitoring of travel log sheets submitted by team members on a monthly basis.




- Support in administrative tasks such as organising logistics for team events, board meetings and other organisational events.
- Visit to field offices on a regular basis, for reviewing financial and administrative arrangements on the ground as well as monitoring condition of organisational assets.
- Repair and maintenance of Ahmedabad office and assets, finding tenants for Ahmedabad office and preparing rent / lease agreements around the same.
- Managing overall work of Finance and Administration team at Ahmedabad, coordinating with Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, Tax Consultants and other vendors/contractors as needed, coordination with donors and regulators regarding financial transactions and reporting, and coordinating with on-ground programme teams at various locations in Rajasthan and across India.
- Preparation and updation of Finance, Procurement, HR, Travel and other related policies.
- Any other Finance and Administration tasks.
