Role Description The Filmmaker will work on-site in Faridabad in a full-time capacity, creating engaging video content that showcases RVM CAD’s training programs, success stories, and technical expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and directing film projects, coordinating production schedules, and collaborating with trainers, marketing teams, and subject matter experts. The role involves scriptwriting, capturing high-quality footage of training sessions and promotional content, and managing the entire video production workflow.

The Filmmaker will oversee post-production activities such as editing, sound design, graphics,



and final output to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and communication goals. The position also includes maintaining production equipment, organizing video assets, and continuously refining visual storytelling techniques to support marketing and educational initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Film Direction and Film Production, with experience leading end-to-end film projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Video Production skills, including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Post-Production, such as video editing, color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
- Candidates should possess effective Scriptwriting skills for educational, promotional, and narrative video content.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) is beneficial.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous film or video work is required.
- Robust visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and time management skills are important.
- A relevant degree or diploma in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also considered.
- Comfort working on-site in a training institute environment and collaborating with technical and academic teams is essential.
