Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves meeting prospective and existing clients, demonstrating Ankpal’s accounting platform, and explaining how it addresses their business needs. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, conduct product presentations, and support clients through the onboarding process.

Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation,



and maintaining robust customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals. The role also requires regular field visits, market research, and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Relevant experience in field sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or accounting solutions, is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site, client-facing environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance concepts is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages and English, along with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
