Role Description The Field Officer – Edutech – Madhya Pradesh is a full-time, in office role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. This role involves promoting SkillDzire’s programs to colleges, training institutes, and local communities, and building strong relationships with educational stakeholders.

The Field

Officer will conduct outreach activities, organize seminars, workshops, and presentations, and support student engagement and enrollment processes. The role includes regular field visits, data collection, reporting on activities and outcomes,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve program delivery and local impact.

Officer will also address queries from students and partners and represent SkillDzire professionally at all on-ground events.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and institutional partners.
- Ability to conduct field visits, organize events, and manage on-ground activities in educational and community settings.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication (e.g., MS Office, email, messaging platforms).
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple outreach initiatives and meet timelines.
- Comfortable working independently in the field while coordinating with central teams and following set processes.
- Fluency in English and local languages of Madhya Pradesh for effective communication and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, management, or engineering; prior experience in edutech, field operations, sales, or community outreach is an advantage.
